BREAKING: Pittsburgh Steelers face the risk of losing Aaron Rodgers for a long time – a serious warning that has the entire team preparing for the worst. The atmosphere in the locker room has become heavy, as the players understand that they may have to enter the decisive phase of the season without their offensive leader. Rodgers’ absence not only affects the strategy but also threatens the entire team’s morale. Right now, the Steelers are forced to prepare for the worst – and the entire NFL is watching every next development with tension.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are facing a huge concern after Aaron Rodgers suffered a wrist injury in their win over the Cincinnati Bengals, 34-12, at Acrisure Stadium on Sunday.

Rodgers sat out the second half. He went 9-of-15 for 116 yards and one touchdown. The severity of his wrist injury remains unclear, and the Steelers could only hope for the best.

“The initial concern is that Aaron Rodgers has, in the words of one source, ‘a slight break’ in his left wrist, but the Steelers quarterback will undergo further testing Monday to determine the full extent of the injury and how long he’ll be sidelined, per league sources,” reported NFL insider Adam Schefter.

Despite the four-time MVP’s exit, the Steelers still trampled the Bengals to stay atop the AFC North with a 6-4 record.

Mason Rudolph stepped in for Rodgers and delivered a strong performance, going 12-of-16 for 127 yards and one touchdown. The eight-year veteran, who returned to the team in the offseason, looked comfortable in leading Pittsburgh, even though he was suddenly thrown into the spotlight.

The 41-year-old Rodgers suffered the wrist injury in the second quarter and was initially listed as questionable to return. One could only imagine the physical toll he has accrued in his long career.

The Steelers also lost Jaylen Warren in the third quarter due to an ankle injury. He logged 10 carries for 62 yards before leaving the contest.

Jalen Ramsey, meanwhile, was ejected in the fourth quarter after throwing a punch against Ja’Marr Chase. Ramsey, who had two solo tackles, claimed that he only retaliated because Chase spat on him.
