Head Coach Sean McDermott, who routinely monitors the team’s workouts and the cameras around the facility, happened to notice his presence late in the evening while checking the footage. McDermott shared:
“When I saw him still practicing late like that, I knew this team still has hope. He is the spirit of this team. Despite the loss, he always finds a way to improve and rise from every mistake. That’s why I believe the Bills still have a chance. The fire is still burning inside. We will keep fighting.”

For McDermott, seeing Josh Allen practicing alone wasn’t just about individual effort; it was a sign of a team that hasn’t given up.
